Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the booking will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 48-72 hours before the booking will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the booking can be accommodated at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the booking will incur a £10 rescheduling fee.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
