What You Receive
Your photographs are individually edited for balanced light, natural colour and straight vertical lines. The aim is a consistent gallery that presents the property attractively while keeping its appearance realistic.
Images are supplied in formats suitable for online listings and print. Tell me where you plan to use them so the agreed marketing usage can be confirmed when booking.

Drone Photography, Video and Twilight Images

Show the property in its surroundings, including gardens, grounds and nearby features. Aerial coverage is subject to the location, weather and flight permissions.

Give viewers a guided look through the property, showing the relationship between rooms and highlighting features along the way.

Twilight Shoot + £45
Photograph the exterior around dusk to capture illuminated windows, outdoor lighting and a different atmosphere from the daytime images.
Preparing Your Property
A little preparation makes a visible difference. Before the shoot:
Clear worktops and remove everyday clutter.
Make beds and straighten cushions.
Clean mirrors, windows and reflective surfaces.
Put away bins, cleaning products and loose cables.
Tidy gardens and outdoor seating areas.
Make sure every room being photographed is accessible.
For holiday lets, prepare the accommodation as you would for arriving guests.
