The Cotswolds offers an enormous variety of wedding settings, including historic manor houses, country hotels, converted barns, private estates and smaller rural venues.

Whatever style of venue you have chosen, I’ll plan the photography around its layout, surroundings, available light and the amount of time you want to spend away from your guests.

If outdoor portraits are important to you, we can identify the most suitable opportunities in advance while keeping alternative indoor or covered locations available in case the weather changes.

You don’t need to choose a venue I have photographed before. I regularly work at new locations and will research the venue, access arrangements and photography restrictions before the wedding.

We’ll talk about your schedule, photography preferences and the people and moments that are particularly important to you.

3. Reserve Your Date

Your date is secured once the booking agreement has been completed and the 25% booking fee has been paid.

4. Final Planning

Before the wedding, we’ll confirm the schedule, family photographs, venue arrangements and any photography priorities.

5. Enjoy Your Wedding

I’ll document the day naturally while providing calm direction whenever it is useful.

Preview photographs are delivered within 48 hours, followed by your complete gallery within approximately 4–6 weeks.

Have you photographed weddings in Gloucestershire?

Do you photograph weddings throughout the Cotswolds?

Yes. Wedding coverage is available throughout Gloucestershire and the wider Cotswolds. Travel and any necessary accommodation will be confirmed before booking.

How much does a wedding photographer in Gloucestershire cost?

Ceremony coverage begins at £449, while full-day wedding photography starts from £995. Full-day coverage with a professionally designed album is available for £1,295.

Do you photograph smaller weddings?

Yes. Ceremony coverage is available for intimate weddings, registry-office ceremonies and celebrations where full-day photography isn’t required.

How long do you stay at a wedding?

For full-day coverage, I normally begin around two to three hours before the ceremony and continue through the ceremony, portraits, speeches, cake cutting and first dance. I usually stay for approximately 30 minutes after the first dance.

How many photographs will we receive?

I don’t limit full-day galleries to an artificial number. You’ll receive every strong, usable photograph needed to tell the complete story of your wedding.

When will our photographs be ready?

Preview photographs are delivered within 48 hours. Complete wedding galleries are normally delivered within approximately 4–6 weeks.

What happens if it rains?

Rain doesn’t prevent great wedding photography. I’ll use suitable indoor areas, covered locations and any breaks in the weather.

If you’re comfortable venturing outside, umbrellas and rain can also produce atmospheric photographs.

Do you charge for travel?

I’m based in South Wales and travel to Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds for weddings. Your quotation will clearly state whether any travel or accommodation costs apply before you book.

Can we add a wedding album later?

Yes. An album can be included when booking or ordered after you have received your gallery and chosen your favourite photographs.
